Vacuum Cups and Suction Cups
VP154Q-NBR – VP250Q-SI – Large Round Pads with Clamp-On Seals

Features:

  • Rugged Construction, Designed for Production Use
  • Hand Replaceable Seals
  • Short Lip Design Maximizes Load Rigidity
  • Low Profile Design

Recommended Usage:
These flat aluminum vacuum pads with stretched-on rubber sealing rings are ideal for applications with flat, rigid loads.

The rubber seal is held in a groove on the side of the pad and is secured with a clamping band. These rubber seals can be replaced by hand; however, this usually requires removal of the pad from the lifter.

NOTE: These pads and seals, although of an older design, are still available as replacements for existing vacuum handling systems or for special handling applications.

* Rated Load Capacity at 24 in. Hg, when used in a horizontal plane, and based on a safety factor of 2. Divide again by 2 for vertical applications. Actual capacity depends on load surface and condition of vacuum generating system and must be determined by the user.
** Metric Ports available as a special order. These cups are normally sold un-drilled.
