Allowing the operator to quickly change vacuum tube lifter pad attachments for varying load handling requirements. Their use minimizes downtime, maximizing productivity. ANVER’s design allows you to rotate the pad and lock it in position with 90 degree stops. Made of aluminum.

ANVER Vacuum Tube Lifter Quick Release, made of 304 stainless steel, allow the operator to quickly change vacuum tube lifter pad attachments for varying load handling requirements. Their use minimizes downtime, maximizing productivity. ANVER’s design allows you to fully rotate the pad and lock it in any position. Remember, the complete quick release assembly adds 2.65″ (67 mm) to the system’s overall headroom requirements.

ANVER VT-SW-M Bottom Swivel Assembly for Vaccum Tube Lifters

 Bottom Swivel Assembly Features:

  • The 360° bottom swivel assembly, made of 304 stainless steel, allows full rotation of the load under the vacuum tube lifter control head. This allows the attached load to be precisely spun into position while keeping the control head in front of the operator.
  • Allows for easier and more precise positioning of loads. Commonly used when unloading pallet loads of boxes to a skid with different orientations.
  • Designed to offer easy rotation with just enough drag so that the load does not just keep spinning.

90° Tilter Adapter – Below the Head Type
ANVER Vacuum Tube Lifters can be equipped with a variety of adapters to make your lifting jobs as simple as possible. These 90° Tilter Adapters allow the operator to transfer loads easily between the horizontal and vertical position. This sturdy stainless steel assembly connects the bottom of the lifting head to the top of the pad attachment for greater control of the load.

Universal swivel assembly for vacuum tube lifters

 Universal Swivel Features:

  • ANVER’s Stainless Steel Universal Swivels are used to save wear and tear to the vacuum lifting tubes while handling somewhat unbalanced loads.
  • The universal swivel ensures that the load’s weight hangs directly under the center of the vacuum lift tube, extending the lift tube life.
  • Quality construction using heavy gauge stainless steel with all wear points using nylon bearing sleeves.  The swivel comes with four mounting holes of which two will fit most other vacuum tube lifters on the market.

By creating a longer distance from the Lift Head to the Pad Attachment, these extensions make sure that the tube lifter is comfortable and easy to operate. With an ANVER quick release system, the extensions can be attached or removed in seconds, making it easy to adapt to differing load sizes and shapes.
