Ergonomic Vacuum Lifter Handles Large, Bent Fabrications

An air-powered vacuum lifter that lets one person handle large, awkward loads involving bent stampings and other types of metal, plastic, or compo-site fabrications is available from ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts.

The ANVER VPFL Vacuum Air-Powered Lifter is a below-the-hook unit that lets one person handle large, awkward bent fabrications and can be customized to accommodate a wide range of loads.  Featuring vacuum pads that swivel and conform to the load, with parking stands to protect them, the beam can be up to 15 ft. and it has a long adjustable handle with integrated controls.

Customized to maintain a load at the proper ergonomic height, the ANVER VPFL Air-Powered Lifter has a welded steel lifting frame, uses Venturi vacuum pumps, an integrated vacuum guard system with check valves, a gauge, and an air filter.  Pads are offered in a variety of materials including non-marking silicone for applications where the fabrication will be painted.
