Bottling Grabs Bottle Pick-Up Heads Feature Instant Attach and Release
A new line of bottle pick-up heads that use a compressed internal air bladder to safely grip the neck of a bottle and then release it using vacuum is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER Bottling heads can grip virtually any type of bottle from the neck using an internal rubber bladder which expands to grab it, eliminating mechanical devices that can crush or cause damage. Featuring instant attach and release, these heads use vacuum to release the bladder’s grip and are offered in a wide range of styles to precisely match the bottle.
Developed for use as robotic end-effectors in the bottling industry, ANVER Bottling Heads are available in stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and plastic construction with several types of suspensions. They are FDA-approved and compatible with all major lines of bottling and packaging systems including Krones® and Kettner®.
