Bottling Grabs Bottle Pick-Up Heads Grip from the Inside or Outside
|
A line of end-effector pickup heads for robotic and automation equipment that utilize inflatable rubber bladders to gently grip bottles from the inside or outside are available from ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER Bottle Pickup Heads are designed for high-speed automation equipment and feature rubber bladders that gently inflate to pick up containers from either inside the open mouth or by outside the neck; using minimal pressure. Providing instant attach-and-release, they eliminate mechanical grippers which can crush and cause breakage, they are pliable and non-marring, and they are offered in a wide range of FDA approved materials, styles, and sizes.
Totally field-serviceable, ANVER Bottle Pickup Heads are compatible with all major lines of bottling and packaging systems. The air picker end-effectors inflate up to 140% of their size to lift from the inside, requiring only 15 psi with no loss of flow, and the outside-of-the-bottle pickup heads utilize rubber bladders inside a head constructed of plastic, anodized aluminum, or stainless steel.
