A full line of silicone-free vacuum suction cups that are especially formulated for handling delicate injection molded plastic parts and coated optics has been introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER NOMATHANE® Vacuum Cups are molded from a proprietary silicone-free material that resists heat up to 356°F, is extremely pliable, and will not leave any invisible ghost marks or mold release agents on delicate parts. Developed for use on EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) in the plastics injection molding industry, these wear-resistant suction cups will outlast EPDM, neoprene, NBR, Nitrile, silicone, TPU polyurethane, Viton®, and vinyl when handling hot plastic parts.
Ideal for applications where products need to be painted or coated after handling, ANVER NOMATHANE® Vacuum Cups are 50 Durometer and come in flat, single, and multi-bellows shapes in standard 0.2″ to 1″ (5 mm to 25 mm) O.D. sizes.
