Construction

FDA approved clear PVC material surrounding a steel wire helix for reinforcement, which can be grounded to make it anti-static.

Specifications

Working pressure: 70 psi to 250 psi

Temperature range: 23°F to 150°F (-4°C to 65°C)

Minimum bend radius: 1 in. to 4 in. (25.4 mm to 101.6 mm) depending upon the hose diameter

 

Note: Available by the inch up to 1200 in. (100 ft.) spools. For RFQs, please specify inches when entering quantity.

Vacuum Hose – Dissipative Thermoplastic Polyurethane with an Embedded Copper Grounding Wire
HS-ESD Series 

Construction

Clear static dissipative thermoplastic polyurethane hose reinforced with a rigid black external ABS helix and an embedded copper grounding wire.

 

Features

  • For use with TT Series Material Transfer Tubes
  • Enclosed copper grounding wire reduces static build-up in material handling applications
  • Permanent and non-humidity dependent ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection
  • Smooth interior assures minimal friction loss, efficient air flow & elimination of material build-up
  • Manufactured with FDA acceptable materials
  • Available in 1.0,” 1.25” and 1.5” ID (for 0.75” ID, consult factory)
