VP_Oval_Arrangement

ANVER has released a new line of improved
Oval/Rectangular Cups with Replaceable Slip-On Seals

Features:

  • Easy-to-install replacement slip-on seals make maintenance simple and economical.
  • Short lip seals attach quickly and evenly.
  • Standard Ball Swivel or Rigid Mounting on all pads.
  • Cleated bottom maximizes capacity – excellent for both horizontal and vertical loads.

Vacuum Cups and Suction Cups
Oval or Rectangular Vacuum Cups for long narrow loads – Ruggedly built for vacuum lifting devices

These oval or rectangular vacuum cups with soft, long lips and deep profile are specifically designed for handling flat, rigid materials such as sheet and plate. They are also excellent for wood, composites, curved panels, stone and other materials. They feature an excellent, versatile design for most applications. They can be used individually or in series.

Features:

  • Vacuum Hub is a machined aluminum plate bonded to the cup. There is no leakage as all mounting holes are sealed on the bottom.
  • Vacuum Cup is supplied with pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes and a vacuum port. No drilling is required.
  • Vacuum Cups include an inside sealing ring for added security. Capacity is calculated from this inside seal for a strong conservative load rating.
  • The seal is bonded onto an aluminum hub.

Vacuum Cup Materials:

  • The standard materials are ANVERFLEX™ Polyurethane (PUR) and Blue colored NBR. Silicone is also available as shown, contact factory for more information.
  • For more information on the materials, Click Here.

Specifications for Oval Flat Vacuum Cups:

Note:  The (7) seven M6x1.0 holes above can be used for mounting and for the vacuum. The holes are drilled and tapped through the aluminum which can be used for mounting and/or the vacuum porting. The holes are vacuum tight because they are supplied sealed with urethane from the bottom. We recommend you use four or six outside holes for mounting and use the center hole(s) for the vacuum port.  You simply cut out the urethane from the bottom of the holes you are using for vacuum.

* Note: “A” and “B” dimensions given are when cup is flared under vacuum.

**The cup capacities shown above are based on 24″Hg at sea level with a safety factor of two (2) in the horizontal (flat),
and four (4) in the vertical (upright).
Rated Load Capacities are estimated; actual capacity will vary based on the load surface and the level of vacuum.
