Rectangular Vacuum Pad Attachments with Replaceable Seals

T-Series: For multi-pad use, T-Series pad attachments can be configured inline or with crossarms on a spreader beam. T1-Series: For single pad use. T1-Series pad attachments are equipped with a quick release mount. The control head must have a VT-QRT-M or -S in order to use a single pad. T1-4P-Series: For single pad use. T1-4P-Series pad attachments are equipped with a rugged aluminum quick release. The control head must have VT-QRT-M-4P or -S-4P in order to use a single pad. T-Series pads attach to aluminum beam for adjustable width. Dual NPT ports allow for maximum airflow. Beam assembly can be paired with quick release for highest efficiency.

 

ANVER offers a variety of vacuum pad attachments that are designed for high-flow flat surface applications. There are two basic configurations for most pad attachments: the T-Series and T1-Series (see photos below). The total vacuum pad area to a tube cross-section area ratio must be at least 2:1 as it is crucial to lift safety. Suitable tube-to-pad attachment area-ratios that satisfy this safety requirement are listed in the table below. See CHART BELOW for the minimum number of pads required for each VT Tube Lifting System.

Note: When attaching to the side of the load, these areas must be doubled for a 4:1 ratio for grip and safety.
