A new, self-contained heavy-duty, portable vacuum station for a wide range of applications around a plant or laboratory that require a high-capacity vacuum is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
The ANVER Portable Vacuum Station features their VPE-48 Electric Vac-Pack™, a dry, oil-free vacuum pump, and reservoir all fully integrated and mounted on a steel cart with heavy-duty wheels and casters and a rugged push handle. Designed for applications requiring a remote vacuum station periodically, this high capacity portable station can be equipped with a 1.5, 3, or 5 HP motor and pull a 24” Hg vacuum with 24, 50, or 75 SCFM, respectively.
Ideal for use with custom jigs, fixtures, special lifters, hold-down clamps, and evacuation or degassing systems, the ANVER Portable Vacuum Station has energy saver circuitry which allows the pump to shut-off automatically when the proper vacuum is reached and stays constant above a preset level. Other standard features include gauges, a power on-off switch with thermal over-loads on the pump and an adjustable low-vacuum warning horn.
