AL Series

ANVER Air-Powered Mini-Vacuum Stations are low cost, compact, require little maintenance, and feature quality Venturi vacuum generators. A vacuum check valve maintains vacuum in case of power failure. The unit will hold vacuum per ASME Standard B30.2 for vacuum lifting devices on clean, smooth, non-porous material allowing the operator to put down the load safely. A vacuum release/blow-off valve ensures a quick and consistent attach and release for high production usage. Air supply must be clean, dry, and regulated.

AL101 Features:
Stainless steel enclosure and plated components

AL1001 Features:

  • Air Saver Technology: The vacuum controlled valve shuts off the flow of compressed air to the pump when the pre-set level is reached, and consequently the consumption of compressed air is minimized. Input Pressure to be regulated to 90 psi on Energy Air Saver Models.  (Energy Saver not available on AL1001/30.)
  • Pressure gauge for monitoring incoming compressed air.
  • Excellent performance on slightly porous material
  • Internal air filter with replaceable element on vacuum port protects against contamination
